Abstract

|
A 9 year old famale patient who had suffered from scalding burn on her scalp and face at 1 year of age, had visited due to right side scalp baldness. On physical exmination, the baldness was noted on temporo-parietal area, 16 by 8cm in size. So the long temporo-parieto-occipital flap based on left frontotemporal area, 20×3cm in size, was rotated to right side, then the anterior haierline was reconstructed even the flap delay had been needed several times. The donor site was primarily closed through retroauricular dissection.
